Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and credit packs require no subscription. Only Pro and Team trials ask for payment info — and you won't be charged during the 7-day trial.
What is a "credit"?
1 credit = 1 inspection report. Each report can contain multiple photos. Credits never expire — use them whenever you need.
Credits vs. subscription — which is better?
If you do fewer than 10 inspections a month, credit packs give you more flexibility. If you're running 10+ inspections regularly, Pro ($39/mo unlimited) is a no-brainer.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings with one click. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my inspection data private?
Yes. Reports are stored locally on your device. We don't store your photos or reports on our servers. Cloud sync is coming as an opt-in Pro feature.
